Telephony Panel

Filament Call Logs

The Telephony panel lets you review recent calls, open call details, view available recording links, and manage phone extension assignments for Tempr users.

Open The Panel

Open:

/telephony

You will see two main sections:

  • Calls
  • Extensions

Calls

Use the Calls screen to review recent phone activity.

Each row shows:

  • Last event time
  • Tempr user
  • Matched customer, if one was found
  • Remote caller or recipient name
  • Remote phone number
  • Call direction
  • Current status
  • Whether the call is still active
  • Whether a recording link is available

Filter The List

You can filter calls by:

  • Direction
  • Status
  • Active or inactive state

Use search to find calls by:

  • Tempr user name
  • Customer name
  • Remote name
  • Remote phone number

Open A Call

Select View on any call row to open the detailed call view.

The detail screen shows:

  • User and customer context
  • Call timestamps
  • Status and direction
  • Remote number and name
  • Raw provider payload for troubleshooting

Open A Recording

If a recording link is available, use the Recording action from the table or the call detail page.

If the recording action is disabled, Tempr does not currently have a recording URL stored for that call.

Extensions

Use the Extensions screen to manage which phone extension belongs to each Tempr user.

Each row shows:

  • User name
  • Email
  • Current assigned extension
  • Whether an extension is assigned

Assign An Extension

  1. Open Extensions.
  2. Find the user.
  3. Select Assign Extension.
  4. Choose an available extension.
  5. Save the action.

The extension list is loaded from the configured telephony provider. Extensions already assigned to another Tempr user are hidden.

Clear An Extension

  1. Open Extensions.
  2. Find the user.
  3. Select Clear Extension.
  4. Confirm the action.

Notes

The Telephony panel is for call history and admin setup. It does not place calls from inside Tempr.

The header phone indicator in the main app updates automatically during active calls when the telephony integration is configured correctly.
