Integrations And Specialist Panels

A user-focused guide to Tempr's dedicated admin panels and operational integrations.

Tempr includes several panels and modules that most new users only need after they understand the main workflow.

Specialist Panels At A Glance

PanelPurpose
/telephonyReview calls and assign user extensions.
/calendar-adminManage calendars, events, and Google Workspace imports.
/admin/esignManage signature templates and envelopes.
/partnersWork with channel partner records and partner leads.
/sync-manager/picSupport PIC ERP configurator, datasource, and sync workflows.
/qbo-managerSupport QuickBooks credentials, sync transactions, and accounting fixes.
/inventoryHandle inventory-specific pages and scanning workflows.
/reportalRun finance, sales, and operational reports.

Calendar

Use the calendar module when work needs event-level coordination, especially around imported Google Workspace calendars, event invites, and calendar administration.

E-sign

Use the e-sign panel for template and envelope administration. End users usually encounter e-sign through the customer portal, but administrators maintain the reusable signing assets here.

Partner Portal

This area is for channel partner organizations, partner users, and partner-managed leads. It is separate from normal internal sales work and may run on a dedicated domain.

PIC ERP

The PIC ERP integration supports:

  • configurator proxy routes
  • datasource imports
  • validation behavior
  • quote and purchase order sync

If quoting or order transmission behavior is tied to PIC ERP, this panel is usually where operations staff investigate.

QuickBooks

The QuickBooks panel is the accounting and sync control center. Use it to investigate:

  • OAuth credential problems
  • sync transaction failures
  • invoice or payment mismatches
  • webhook-driven accounting state issues

Telephony

Telephony has its own user page because it is both visible day to day and operationally sensitive:

ShipEngine Tracking

ShipEngine supports purchase order package tracking after an order is marked shipped. Use this page when operations staff need to understand tracking numbers, carrier methods, and carrier status updates:

Reports And Inventory

Some teams spend most of their day in reports or inventory rather than in the main sales flow. Those panels are separate because they support specialist tasks, not because they are less important.

If a workflow sounds provider-specific, sync-specific, or admin-only, it probably belongs in one of these specialist panels rather than in the standard customer or project workflow.
