Review Management

• Added a Review Management queue for projects that enter the Completed state.
• Replaced automatic RevMan sending on completion with a staff preparation step for RevMan location selection, description, media selection, and send/ignore decisions.
• Moved the queue to /reviews/queue and added it to the main sidebar navigation.
• Added review-management:sync-project for manual project syncs regardless of state, with --location-id=locn_... for new RevMan project creation.
• Removed the legacy RWL artisan command because that service is no longer used.

Customer intake

• Added duplicate customer validation during staff customer creation and editing based on normalized name, email address, and phone number.
• Added the same duplicate protection to lead qualification so converting a lead to a customer cannot create a duplicate record.
• Added a confirmation modal when a non-duplicate customer email appears to use a business domain, requiring the salesperson to confirm the address before continuing.
